I’m one of those folks that love reading reviews left by previous customers detailing their experience with a business, me on the other hand, I rarely if ever write one whether I had a good or bad experience. I had such an easy and great experience with the Todd Miner law firm, staff and all that I had to write a review. After all, it was reading previous reviews that lead me to call them in the first place. Long story short. Got in a pretty bad 3 car accident fall 2016, did a Google search for local accident & injury attorneys. What made me choose Todd Miner over all the other lawyers I read reviews about? First and foremost the reviews of other reviewers, the reviews are very accurate describing the interaction you can expect to have with Todd Miner. The attorneys and firm is personable, straight forward and simple explanation of how everything will be handled from fixing your car to getting medical care. My attorney was Mark.The firm referred me to their network of reputable mechanics and injury centers the firm has an established relationship with. The mechanic shop they referred me to was easy to deal with, fixed my car pretty quickly, maintained constant communication with me while my car was being fixed, explain their billing very easily to me, and as far as the job of the shop. I could not tell the car was ever in an accident. A+ plus work by the mechanic shop they referred me to. The mechanic shop works directly with car dealers to get you all genuine parts and paint color. The medical referral by the firm was also a great one, the medical staff was easy to deal with, understanding, and willing to work with you in every capacity from treatment plan to billing questions about your treatment. The firm maintained constant communication every month to update me on the status of the case. They never missed a month where they didn’t call me. Also, if you happen to call the firm randomly for whatever reason to ask questions about your case, doing so was always a breeze. I would either get the answers right away during that call or someone would return my call asap the next day. But in reality, I never really had a reason to call for anything major because the whole experience of dealing with the firm was great from start to finish, they answered all questions and explain everything in simple details from the onset and throughout my case. Their fees were also explained in simple terms very easy to understand how the firm would be paid. While I won’t go into the exact amount recovered by them, I will say their fees are more or less industry standard and fair. I was very happy with the judgement they were able to get, after deductions of their fees, and other expenses relating to the accident. These guys are legit all the way around. This review was written by a 28yo male, I know sometime people like to relate to other people who are in the same age group. I would most definitely give these guys a call whether you’re old or young! Those guys at Todd Miner law is great to deal with!

Contacting Todd’s office was one of the best things I could have done to takeover my case. I originally contacted Dan Newlin’s office to handle my case and was faced with a lot of statements like (we don’t handle that, I’m sorry we can help you with that, etc.…). I reached my limit and reached out to Todd’s office and spoke with Todd right off the bat. I moved my case to Todd’s care and within the first 24hrs Todd and his team did more for my case then Dan Newlin’s office did within 3weeks. I dislocated my ankle in an off road vehicle accident. I had to get plates and screws in my leg. I was not driving and the accident was on the drivers property. Mark Ahrens was very helpful every step of the way through. I was told it would take up to 2 years before going to court.
