Todd Miner completely redefines everything that I thought of when I thought of a lawyer. Cannot praise and thank Todd and Casey (paralegal) enough. I absolutely recommend them for automobile-related injury cases. In short, I was rear-ended HARD and ended up in the hospital and some therapy for some months after. The other driver was minimally ("under") insured, and the total insurance available was less than a quarter of the total of the bills. But 13 months later, when it was all resolved, Todd Miner's firm had successfully negotiated to cover all the bills AND put an unexpected (and not insignificant) check in my account as well. I was overwhelmed at that last part, as I had been out-of-pocket for several thousand dollars of accident related fees that I thought I would never recoup. I highly recommend Todd Miner. You are not just a file number, you are a person. I got rear ended in a car accident. Todd got to know me and realized that I have a very active lifestyle. Knowing that after my first foot surgery, I was still having trouble and limping, he recommended that I get a second opinion (I just thought I was going to have to live with my foot the way it was). I did have a 2nd surgery, my foot is much better and I can keep up with my lifestyle and not limp. Todd took the time to listen to me and cared enough to recommend a 2nd opinion; I could have been "just a file" to him. I am so thankful to Todd because now I can play with my grandson, ride my motorcycle and other things I love to do. That is something money can't buy! Wish we could give 10 Stars. When my husband was in an accident Attorney Mark Ahrens and Stephanie were amazing. Their handling of the accident made the whole process so much less stressful. I was in a bad car accident 1 year ago as a result of a police chase after a stolen vehicle, which ended with 4 cars totaled. I started working with Todd Miner's office shortly after the accident and have found them to be very affective in getting my health restored and recovering money to get the bills paid. Since it was a multi-car accident, it has taken longer to resolve, but it has been worth the wait. I worked with Gabriela Rodriguez continuously throughout this process. She has always been extremely helpful in every step of the process, no matter what my questions involved. Answers were provided immediately and when necessary to get back with me, it was always within the same day. As of recently, I have also had the pleasure of working with Mark Ahrens. I have been very impressed with my meetings with him as well. I highly recommend this group and would definitely use them again.
