I was rear-ended on 1/07/2012 and called Todd Miner the next morning - a Sunday - after trying several other names I had seen on TV and finding no answer or full voicemails. First I’d like to explain this is not a quick process. We’ve all seen the commercials on TV where accident victims are seen bragging about their “lottery-like” settlements. Most-likely the people in these ads were hit by a careless driver of a commercial (or a highly insured) vehicle.
