After a terrifying car accident on December 20th, 2017 my life, as well as my mother's was turned upside down. Both my mother and I suffered numerous injuries resulring in astronaumical medical bills, which exceeded the available insurance coverage. Our paralegal Sherrell Riley did a fantastic job negotiating our bills down, allowing us to receive compensation for pain and suffering. I highly recommend Attorney Swan and the Todd Miner family. I recently had an auto accident and reached out to Mr. Miner's firm to inquire about my options and possible representation. I was greeted by a very friendly intake person who was very prompt in her duties as well getting pertinent documents sent. What really sets Mr. Miner apart is that he, himself, reached out to me via a phone call, on a Friday night at 6:30 PM to see how things were going and check up on the documents needed. In a realm of big firms and big promises, that are mostly under on delivery, Mr. Miner puts his clients and perspective clients ahead of everything else. A true rarity in a dog-eat-dog, and money rules all, world. Although I didn't retain Mr. Miner's firm, I am supremely impressed both with his personal attention to prospective clients and his high level of professionalism! Should I require the services he provides in the future... Mr. Miner is on speed dial!!!

I went to Todd Miner after GEICO started playing games with the settlement check, mind you AFTER they reported to Medicare that they were offering a settlement and therefore were TRYING to send me a check made out to me AND Medicare therefore meaning the check would NEVER be able to be cashed and therefore GEICO would end up keeping the money. Todd and his simply amazing partners and exemplary staff went to bat for me against GEICO even though there was not a lot of money to be made of my case, truth be told, I was soooo honestly surprised that an attorney and partners of Todd's caliber would even meet with me but he not only met with me and made me feel absolutely without a doubt completely at ease because Todd was straightforward with me and pulled no punches with I found most refreshing. After playing GEICO's game for a while they told GEICO in no uncertain terms to either anti up or we would see them in court, not even 20 minutes later GEICO called back to release the money. I'll be completely honest, I wouldn't have cared if I came out with nothing as long as GEICO was made to pay, remember that if they had released the check to me the GEICO would have kept the entire amount of the settlement since there is no entity that could/would be able to sign the check on behalf of Medicare, but little did I realize that paying for my medical expenses out of my own pocket my costs increased immensely but thanks to Todd and his group I did actually get some money out of it. Todd and his partners were amazing as were their paralegals, at no time did I ever feel as if I were any less important than the clients whom were actually bringing them a lot more money. I was ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and I always able to ask any question pertaining to my case and received an honest answer.

When we were hit by someone who blew through a red light at a busy intersection, my first and only thought as to choosing a lawyer was Todd Miner. Her recommendations were sound (e.g., medical providers, etc.) and when, beyond anyone's control, hiccups arose, she made sure she was accessible, giving us progress reports regularly. We were exceedingly happy with Casey and Mr. Miner. I have recommended their firm to others already and am happy to do so here.

Bit of a read but it'll tell you all you need to know!! When I called todd miner, I did just that. I was surprised to find out that the owner of this law firm answers his own phones which immediately set them apart. Within an hour of me calling, Mark (my attorney), was at my bedside in the hospital within the hour. Again, unheard of. As for the rest of the process you ask? Amazing. When Mark wasnt available his colleague stephanie was always there to answer my questions. Im not a patient person and they came to know that very quickly, that said, i felt very understood. Stephanie and Mark often went out of thier way to keep me informed even if it was after hours. If they knew, I knew.
