Beautiful office which has a very classic feel to it. Todd Minor walked me through the process on day one, answering any questions or concerns I had. He was very detailed and provided a couple possible scenarios but still spoke with confidence that made you feel comfortable. My case was assigned to Nancy Moreno who was an absolute dream to work with. She was on the ball from day one with emails and phone calls at any new development throughout the process. She was very patient and attentive with me and my schedule when retunring emails or calls. Upon meeting Nancy it was evident she had a beautiful aura about her and is someone you want in your corner. Was impressed that he took a minute to actually speak with me within 15 mins of my inquiry. Wasnt able to help in my case, as I need a different type of attorney. They took my case and did a fast job (in less than a year by far), after the issue i had with the big CON-glomerate (M&M, DN & STEIN Just to name a few). So, even will you my pre-existing conditions, they took my case, treated me fairly, didnt talk down to me like i was paying for the privilege to even speak to them or to even represent me (the CON-glomerates do and make you feel this way). So, if you have been run down by stupid drivers (like i have 3 times in a 5 yr time frame) then, this is the team you want on your side.

After a several back and forths with the insurance company that accepted responsibility for my accident, I was frustrated and up the road with out wheels. I was going no where fast. I did a quick search and called the closest (reasonable cab fair) attorney. Little did I know that with in the hour I would be sitting with Mr. Miner. He secured a rental car & a Dr's appointment to evaluate my injuries immediately. Todd's aggresive approach to my case was such a relief, and by the end of that day I was on my way to putting this accident behind me. I was also very impressed with Ms. Stephanie Raghunandan. Her proffesionalism and efficiency was more than enough to keep me well informed and comfortable with the direction my case was moving.
