Gregory Jackson is an experienced Central Florida civil trial lawyer and former Florida Assistant Attorney General. For nearly two decades, Gregory gained invaluable experience taking matters to trial as a partner with one of the largest insurance defense law firms in the State of Florida and as a partner/shareholder with a complex medical malpractice law firm. During his time as an insurance defense lawyer, Gregory handled and tried matters related to medical malpractice, premise liability, products liability wrongful death and automobile negligence on behalf of the of the largest insurance companies, health systems and companies in Florida and the U.S. Gregory now dedicates his focus and extensive experience to representing injured persons and has recovered millions of dollars fighting for his clients.
Additionally, Gregory is an active member of the Central Florida community where he has served as General Counsel for a municipal agency where he oversaw and coordinated the litigation practices of the agency. Gregory has also served on numerous Orange County and City of Orlando Advisory Boards, most notable as Chair and District 2 Representative on the Orange County Board of Zoning Adjustment. Gregory has been featured in Orlando Style Magazine as an “Attorney of the Year,” selected as a 2020 Elite Lawyer and recognized by The National Black Lawyers Top 100. Gregory is a proud military veteran having served our country as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Navy Reserve and an Infantryman with the Florida Army National Guard. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Gregory is a graduate of FSU College of Law, where he was the FSU Law Review Notes & Comments Editor (1998-1999) and a staff member on the FSU Land Use Journal. He also received a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
In his spare time, Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, and co-hosting “Let’s Talk About It . . . “, a weekly radio talk show program broadcast on the two-time Stellar Award-winning radio station WOKB 1680AM
